Shipping Policy

This policy describes how orders placed on Rarewaalt are dispatched and delivered.

Dispatch time

Sellers are required to dispatch orders within 2 business days of order confirmation. You'll be notified once your order is dispatched.

Delivery timelines

Standard delivery is typically 5–7 days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances outside our control (courier delays, regional disruptions, weather, etc.); estimated timelines are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared by email and in your account, so you can follow your order to delivery.

Shipping charges

A shipping charge, typically in the range of ₹99–₹199, applies to orders and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Rarewaalt reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time without prior notice; the charge shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Packaging

Sellers are expected to pack collectibles securely to prevent transit damage. If an item arrives damaged, see our Refund & Return Policy.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier or regional factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at collect@rarewaalt.com with your order number.
