Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rarewaalt (rarewaalt.com), which is operated by Minorplayz Kids Corner LLP, Pune ("Rarewaalt", "we"). By using Rarewaalt or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Who you are buying from

Every item on Rarewaalt is sold to you by Minorplayz Kids Corner LLP. Many items are sourced from independent collectors and dealers who supply them to Rarewaalt; we show where an item comes from so you know its history, but your contract of sale is with Rarewaalt alone. Rarewaalt sets the price, collects your payment, issues the GST tax invoice from its own GSTIN, ships the order, and handles any claim, return or refund.

Items may ship directly from the collector or dealer who supplied them. Your parcel carries Rarewaalt's shipping label and delivery challan, and your tax invoice is available in My orders.

Your conduct

You agree not to engage in fraudulent or misleading activity, misuse claims or reviews, or attempt to buy outside rarewaalt.com from people whose items appear on Rarewaalt. We may cancel orders and take action against accounts that breach these Terms.

Fair access, scalping & automated tools

Rarewaalt exists to give genuine collectors fair access to the items they want. Scalping — buying with the primary intent to resell at inflated prices — is strongly discouraged, and we operate per-account purchase limits to protect fair access.

The use of bots, scrapers, or any automated tools to monitor inventory, track stock, or place orders is strictly prohibited. Attempting to circumvent purchase limits, or using automation to gain an unfair advantage, is a breach of these Terms. We may cancel affected orders, suspend or terminate accounts, and pursue legal action against any person or entity engaging in such activity.

Pricing, invoices & payments

Prices are set by Rarewaalt and include GST. Shipping is shown at checkout. Rarewaalt issues one tax invoice for each checkout. Payments are processed through our payment gateway. Claims, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, and shipping by our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property & use of platform content

The Rarewaalt name, logo, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

All content on the platform — including listings, images, photographs, descriptions, pricing and market data, and other platform data — is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use of Rarewaalt. Using, copying, scraping, reproducing, or redistributing any platform data, images, or content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. Unauthorised commercial use, data extraction, or republication is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is", and Rarewaalt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or difference arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of Rarewaalt, or any purchase from Rarewaalt shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
