These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rarewaalt marketplace. By using Rarewaalt, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The marketplace

Rarewaalt is a platform that connects buyers and sellers of collectibles. Unless expressly stated, Rarewaalt facilitates transactions but is not the seller of items listed by third-party sellers. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and condition of their listings.

Buyer & seller conduct

You agree not to list counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items, not to engage in fraudulent or misleading activity, and to honour completed transactions. We may remove listings and take action against accounts that breach these Terms.

Fair access, scalping & automated tools

Rarewaalt exists to give genuine collectors fair access to the items they want. Scalping — buying with the primary intent to resell at inflated prices — is strongly discouraged, and we operate per-account purchase limits to protect fair access.

The use of bots, scrapers, or any automated tools to monitor inventory, track stock, or place orders is strictly prohibited. Attempting to circumvent purchase limits, or using automation to gain an unfair advantage, is a breach of these Terms. We may cancel affected orders, suspend or terminate accounts, and pursue legal action against any person or entity engaging in such activity.

Pricing, fees & payments

Prices are set by sellers. Any commission or fees charged by Rarewaalt are disclosed at the relevant point. Payments are processed through our payment gateway. Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, and shipping by our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property & use of platform content

The Rarewaalt name, logo, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

All content on the platform — including listings, images, photographs, descriptions, pricing and market data, and other platform data — is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use of Rarewaalt. Using, copying, scraping, reproducing, or redistributing any platform data, images, or content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. Unauthorised commercial use, data extraction, or republication is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is", and Rarewaalt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the marketplace or transactions between users.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or difference arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of Rarewaalt, or any transaction on the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
